Boston Duck Tours

The Boston Duck Tours, and a great way to see the city, riding around in amphibious ww2 vehicles in the Charles River, what better way to see the city? Image result for boston duck tours

These cool vehicles have multiple pickup locations and you can easily buy tickets online to schedule a time and day to see Boston through its lovely duck tours. The duck tours take you through the Charles River and by atleast 32 different  famous landmarks in the city so you can see and enjoy the city in a unique way, from its cool duck tours. There’s two different 80 minute tours you can take,  a great day time event to partake in with the family, then after seeing the city through your tour you could grab lunch or have a picnic in this lovely city.

These duck tours are Boston’s most popular tours the city has to offer, its a great way to see the beautiful Boston skyline right from the Charles in these cool boats. I definitely recommend doing a duck boat tour if you want to see a lot of the city and from beautiful views right on the Charles. For adults these tours cost around $32, and for students $28, $24 for kids 3-11, and $11 for infants. Reasonable price for such a high quality tour and such a cool way to see the city of Boston in only 80 minutes. Where right after you get dropped off in downtown Boston surrounded by fun filled activities at every corner.

Where to Stay in Boston

When in Boston there’s tons of hotels and even airbnb’s that you could stay at. Airbnb you could stay anywhere in the city virtually I would recommend near parts like the north end or by the business district. Today I will recommend various hotels in various price ranges that are in nice areas with plenty to do around and near.

For a higher budget ($223 a night) I would recommend staying at Revere Hotel Boston Common. This fine hotel with a lovely restaurant, great pool, hangout area at the top of the building is tucked right in busy downtown Boston with Faneuil Hall near by.  Rooftop at Revere Hotel Boston Common, Massachusetts

For a more mid range price ($162 a night) a would recommend staying at The Westin Boston Waterfront. This great hotel is right near the Boston Aquarium right near Faneuil hall and the north end with plenty to do nearby. This hotel is bayfront and boasts a lovely pool and indoor and outdoor dining areas. Image result for the westin boston waterfront

Finally, for a lower budget ($69 a night)  I recommend staying at The Farrington Inn. With this great location, 2 miles from Harvard Square, 4 miles from The Museum of Fine Arts and it is 6 miles from the New England Aquarium. This is your basic hotel you get what you pay for, a nights stay and a great location and good service. Image result for the farrington inn

North End Boston

The north end of Boston, Boston’s “little Italy”, full of tiny streets great for walking up and down and discovering some of Boston’s beauty and charm. The north end is home to some of the city’s oldest buildings, and the self guided Freedom Trail. Image result for North End

The North End is one of the best tourist attractions here in Boston, there’s tons of shops, delis, coffee shops, and ofcourse tons of delicious Italian restaurants. Aside all the lovely delicious small businesses and restaurants the North End also has Langone Park, a harborside park with courts and a playground a great place to spend some time when visiting the North End. Another great site is the Paul Revere house, the oldest building in downtown Boston, with a museum attached.

A great place to spend the day with the family because there’s so much to do in such a small area home to over 10,000 in the North End. You could hit the park, the  museum, enjoy the harbor views, and get a delicious authentic Italian Carbonara all in one afternoon.

Faneuil Hall Marketplace Boston

Faneuil Hall is one of Boston’s most renown locations in all of the city, there’s plenty to do and see at Faneuil Hall. Faneuil Hall is a shopping district with a few streets covered up and down in stores and restaurants all throughout the area. There is some really unique and cool stores here, also some really fun and delicious restaurants around too. During christmas season Faneuil Hall is a great place to bring a lover with the huge christmas tree  in the middle of it all. There’s lights up everywhere and especially on the tree, it is a very pretty sight, although Faneuil Hall itself is decorated with lights and themes all seasons and all holidays all year long. Image result for faneuil hall xmas tree

Here you can see the massive tree in the center of Faneuil Hall, with people surrounding everywhere to see the pretty sight. Faneuil Hall is a cool place because the kiosks are so different and there’s so much going on in such a cool little area of Boston right near the harbor, filled with charm. You could spend the day walking around Faneuil Hall and even go to the aqaurium! It’s a nice area with great tourist attractions and plenty to do for everyone. Image result for faneuil hall

Inside Faneuil Halls indoor mall strip there’s kiosks loaded up and down this single street also with restaurants too like Boston’s Dick’s Last Resort. A unique restaurant where the servers make jokes about you, give you a silly hat with a joke, and treat you like a dick. There’s so many different things with the Boston sports tying it all together helping this shopping distract keep its lovely charm. Definitely a good way to spend a day or a night, Faneuil Hall has a little bit of everything fir everyone, and plenty attractions nearby as well.
